The couple talked or met with Tim nearly every day and especially liked the timeline the Corbetts established, which gave them plenty of time to pick out cabinets, flooring and lighting. \"We spend most of our days on-site, either my brother or I,\" said Tim. \"Tim is so accommodating, too. He\'ll come over to check on something and I\'ll say, \'The cabinet door is squeaking,\' and he\'ll say, \'Get me a screwdriver.\' I tell him he\'s like a landlord,\'\" said the homeowner.
